Moving your account is easy with our simple switch kit options below:

Open Sharonview checking account – complete application and mail to Sharonview with your opening deposit (be sure you consider the cost of any new checks ordered)

Direct Deposit change – complete form and mail to any company who is automatically depositing funds to existing checking account. (payroll, retirement/pension, social security benefits)

Automatic Payment change – complete form and mail to any company who is automatically withdrawing payments from your existing checking account. (utility, phone, cable companies, insurance premiums, fitness memberships, internet provider)

Refrain from using your previous checking account to allow time for any outstanding transactions to clear (may take a few weeks). Leave enough money in your account to cover your outstanding checks and payments and avoid Non Sufficient Funds (NSF) fees.

Destroy any unused checks and ATM/debit cards associated with your previous account.

Checking Account Closure notice – Once your direct deposit and/or authorized payments start coming to your Sharonview checking account and all of your checks have cleared your previous checking account, complete and mail this form to your previous institution to close your account and transfer your balance to your new Sharonview Checking Account.
