Overdraft Protection
Overdraft protection at Sharonview provides you with the convenience of automatic access through your checking account, to your savings balance, and/or your Personal Access Line of Credit (PAL).
Overdraft Protection Options:
- Savings Overdraft Coverage, automatically links your primary savings account to your checking account. If an item is presented for payment and there are not enough funds in your checking account, we'll automatically transfer funds in multiples of $100, up to your available savings balance. There is no fee for an overdraft transfer
*By federal regulation, electronic transfers from savings are limited to six per month.
- Personal Access Line - Overdraft Coverage, upon approval your overdraft can automatically link your PAL Loan to your checking account. If an item is presented for payment and there are not enough funds in your checking account, we'll automatically advance funds in multiples of $100, up to your available Credit Line Loan limit. There is no cash advance or transfer fee for this service; however, interest begins to accrue from the date of advance.
