Fixed-Rate Second Mortgage

Our Fixed-Rate Second Mortgage is a fixed-rate, term loan that has a set dollar amount for a one-time advance and a set payment (similar to a car loan). Once the loan is approved, loan funds are disbursed to you in a lump sum for your personal use. The funds received from the Fixed-Rate Second Mortgage may be used for any purpose.

Thanks so much for your fine service. I found it convenient and the instructions easy to follow. Richard
