Advantage Mortgage
The Advantage Mortgage is a Sharonview exclusive adjustable rate mortgage (ARM) designed to save members hundreds, even thousands of dollars over a “traditional” mortgage. Adjustable rate mortgages offer a lower initial interest rate and therefore a more affordable monthly payment than a fixed-rate mortgage. The trade off is that the interest rate can change and the monthly payment will go up or down accordingly after the initial fixed rate period. However, rate caps protect you from large payment swings during volatile rate environments.
Sharonview’s Advantage Mortgage offers:
- Very competitive rates and terms
- No closing fees, no application fee, origination, processing or documentation fees*
- No PMI (Private Mortgage Insurance) required
- Interest only payment, balloon options, and jumbo mortgages (max loan amount $1 million) available
- Finance up to 103% LTV on purchases and 100% LTV on refinances
- Financing available on owner occupied single family residence (including condos and town-homes), second/vacation homes, and mobile homes (de-titled and on a permanent fixed foundation with axle and tongue removed.)
- Personal attention and customized solutions to best meet your needs
*some third party charges and interim interest may apply. Savings based on bankrate.com 2007 average closing cost studies for NC, SC and NJ; based on $200,000 loan amount.
