  2. The ebranch/epay site has information on Security, User information, and Frequently Asked Questions. Please visit the ebranch site by clicking here If you have specific questions, you may email our eservices Department.

  5. Visit your nearest branch
Please be advised that applications must be approved by a Sharonview representative. The normal time for approval is 24-hours. Instructions will be emailed to you at that time. As the ebranch/epay processing center is not open on weekends, applications filled out on Friday through Sunday will be processed the following Monday

The system runs a daily update from 5:45pm until 6:30pm, and epay services are temporarily down during that time.
