Following are a few steps to ensure a safe and secure online experience:
- Keep your Security Code confidential
- Be sure you log off the services before closing your browser
- Use a browser that supports 128-bit encryption
- Do not store secured pages in your web browser's cache
- Change your Security Code on a regular basis
- Never leave your computer unattended while logged on to the service
- If possible, update your browser to the latest version available, as they are more secure

Please be advised that applications must be approved by a Sharonview representative. The normal time for approval is 24-hours. Instructions will be emailed to you at that time. As the ebranch/epay processing center is not open on weekends, applications filled out on Friday through Sunday will be processed the following Monday
The system runs a daily update from 5:45pm until 6:30pm, and epay services are temporarily down during that time.
