How do I get to Sharonviews Virtual ebranch site?

First, you must have access to the Internet. Once you have gained access, type in the following address: www.sharonview.org.
This will take you to the Home Page.

How do I sign-on?

On the Home Page you will see an icon that says, ebranch logon. Click on that icon and you will be sent directly to the Virtual Branch Sign On page. You will see two boxes that you will need to type in the following information:
    UserID = Sent to you via email
    Security Code = sent to you via email
    Click on the OK button. A screen will automatically pop up your first time and ask you to change your security code. Once you do that, you will see the Account Summary Page where you will find your account products listed.

1st Mortgages and MasterCard products cannot be viewed in the ebranch~epay system.
Primary Share Savings and Checking will be automatically set-up, all other accounts can be added see instructions below.

How do I add a Sharonview product to my ebranch account list?

You may add any Sharonview product (excluding Mortgage or MasterCard) with these few steps:
  1. Under the Options listing on the left side of your screen, click on Account Information. This will take you to the Virtual Branch Options screen.
  2. Underneath the Account Information list, you will see an Add button, click on it. The Account Set Up page will appear.
  3. In the Account Number field, type in your Member Number, an equal sign, the appropriate 2-letter code for the account type, another equal sign, and then the correct Sub number of the account. For example, if you want to set up your new PAL Loan sub 5, it would look something like this: 123456789=LO=5
    Note: When keying in this information, you must use CAPITAL LETTERS.
    The 2-letter codes are as follows:

      Savings = SA
      Checking = CK
      Loans = LO
      Certificates = CD

  4. In the Account Type field, use the drop-down arrow to choose the account type that you are adding to the Account Summary List, and click on OK. Note: If you are adding a Certificate of Deposit, you would select Investment as your account type.
  5. By the end of the next Sharonview business day, Sharonview will Validate your new account type, and you will then be able to access it through ebranch.

If you are opening a new product, let your representative know that you are on ebranch, and would like this new product added to your Account Summary list on ebranch.

How do I change my password?

On the left side of Account Summary Page, there is an Options Listing. Go under the Options Listing and click on Change Security Code. This will take you to the Change Security Code screen. Fill in the required blanks and click on OK. Note: Your password must be numeric only, and consist of 4 to 8 digits.

Will the transactions that I perform on ebranch process immediately?

Yes, and your account balances will be immediately updated.

What does ebranch~epay consider a Business Day?

Any Monday through Friday, not including holidays, before 2:00pm. (Please see holiday schedule) link to holiday schedule page

If I set up an automatic transfer on ebranch~epay, and the payment is due on a Saturday, Sunday, or holiday, will my payment automatically pay on the date it is due?

No. ebranch~epay daily processing time is 2:00pm EST on each business day. It will process the next business day at 2:00pm.

What will happen if I set up an automatic transfer in ebranch for a Sharonview FCU loan that is already set up to transfer automatically at the Credit Union on the main computer system (CUBE)?

The automatic transfer will happen twice. Once during the main computer system (CUBE) daily processing, and the second time during ebranch daily processing. Call 704-969-6700, or 800-462-4421 to stop the CUBE automatic payment, or cancel the ebranch payment on your system.

How do I contact someone at the Credit Union through ebranch~epay?

On the left side of the screen, there is a section called Mail It. Go there and click on the option Compose New Mail. Someone at Sharonview will respond to your request, and send an answer back to you by the end of the next Sharonview business day. To check your ebranch~epay mail, click on the option Inbox Messages under the Mail It section.

Can I pay my bills to Sharonview, and other creditors using ebranch~epay?

Yes, you can set up transfers within ebranch for your Sharonview loans. You can set up your bill payments to all other creditors through epay.

If Im having problems accessing ebranch~epay, what do I do?

Please e-mail Sharonview e-services, and request assistance with ebranch~epay. Keep in mind that this email address is not secure like the email contained within ebranch, so please dont email any confidential information.
