Tips To Protect you from Identity Thieves:

Under the Fair and Accurate Credit Transaction Act, the three major credit reporting agencies – Equifax, TransUnion and Experian– are all required to provide consumers a free copy of their credit report once every 12 months upon their request. Visit to request your copy today. Checking your Credit Report could help catch any mistakes before they negatively affect your credit. The sooner you catch them, the less damage there is. Once you have the report, you need to look for charges and accounts you don’t recognize. Follow the agency’s instructions to correct the mistakes.
