9th Annual Back to School Community Health Fair at C.W. Williams Community Health Center

Angelica, Jasmine, Julio, Jeffrey and Hannah joined the Charlotte-area community at the Stratford Richardson YMCA for the annual Back to School Community Health Fair! This event, hosted by the C.W. Williams Community Health Center focuses on encouraging a healthy lifestyle and connecting the community to valuable health resources. It was a great example of how teamwork across departments and industries can truly make a difference in our neighborhoods!
